We have UK Facilities/offices in Alloa, Elland, Bedford, East Kilbride London. As well as employees-based UK wide within Customer sites.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in similar roles with a focus on HRIS data administration
  • Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Human Resources
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central, Recruitment, Performance Management, Compensation, and Reporting
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled HRIS Analyst to join our Group HR team. This role will serve as the functional expert for our SAP SuccessFactors system, supporting modules such as Employee Central, Performance Management, Compensation, and Recruitment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors
  • Ensure data integrity across system configurations, transactions, and reporting
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system errors and process issues
  • Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards
  • Configure and manage annual merit and performance processes
  • Implement and optimise additional SuccessFactors modules as needed
  • Continuously improve HRIS processes and stay current with system updates
  • Manage data exchanges with various HR platforms
  • Support additional HR projects as required
