Overview We’re looking for an HRIS Analyst who loves making HR tech work smarter, not harder. In this role, you’ll support and enhance WakeMed's HR systems—primarily Infor—while partnering closely with HR teams to improve workflows, solve problems, and roll out new tools. You’ll take the lead on HR systems projects, from upgrades to new application launches, making sure our teams are trained, supported, and getting the most out of our technology. As the go‑to subject matter expert, you’ll guide HR staff through system questions, process changes, and data needs. What you’ll do: Maintain and optimize HR systems with a focus on improving functionality and user experience Lead and participate in HR technology projects, including upgrades, new system implementations, and process improvements Serve as an internal expert on Infor—handling everything from employee and benefit setup to open enrollment and system enhancements Build and manage complex Infor reports, distribution lists, and vendor interface files Review HRIS-related procedures, recommend improvements, and train HR staff on updated processes Department Description Serving the community since 1961, WakeMed Health & Hospitals is the leading provider of health services in Wake County. EOE Licensure Professional in Human Resources or Senior Professional in Human Resources Preferred Education Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Related Field Required Master's Degree in Business Administration or Related Field Preferred Experience 3 Years of System Administrator or Human Resources and Information Technology - Report Writing Required 5 Years System Administrator or Human Resources and Information Technology - Report Writing In Healthcare - Multi-Hospital System Preferred Experience with Infor highly preferred
