How you make a difference The HRIS Analyst oversees the HRIS system while also managing activity related to other HR systems. This position involves working closely with various business and functional teams to provide technical solutions, troubleshooting complex issues, and supporting HR system installations and upgrades. To excel in this role, the HRIS Analyst should have strong knowledge of human resources, benefits, and payroll concepts, as well as experience identifying needs and creating solutions to resolve them. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Kronos configurations, troubleshoot issues and coordinate system integrations using Workforce Integration Manager tool. Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects related to system configuration, testing, setup, and user training while working closely with end-users to identify and document business needs and requirements. Deliver HR systems training for core user groups, provide technical support for ancillary HR applications, and troubleshoot functional systems issues and recommend solutions. Maintain documentation, including requirements analysis, process and data flow diagrams, operational procedures, and security and profile settings for HR Admin users. Partner with IT, Payroll/Finance, and other stakeholders to support other HR functions in selection, analysis, and implementation of new tools and technologies. Qualifications & Requirements Education Degree in Human Resources, IT or other applicable field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience. Experience Minimum of three years’ experience with HRIS systems required. Strong understanding of HRIS database design, database tools and report writing tools required. Strong Access and Excel skills required. Solid working knowledge of HR functions and HR metrics required. Minimum 2 years’ experience with administration of Kronos Workforce applications (version 6.0 or above, including WIM) strongly preferred.
