Our client is one of the largest wholesalers in the North American region with an impressive portfolio of all the top brands we know and love! They are expanding their business and looking to bring on a Workday HRIS Analyst in to assist with escalation support and complex projects.
As a Workday HRIS Analyst, you will focus your efforts on the workday platform, specifically the HCM sector preferably with a focus on payroll, time tracking, or absence modules. Your goal will be to collaborate with HR business partners to enhance the overall systems and processes.

EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with an emphasis on business or information technology
• At least 5 years of relevant business analysis and/or project management experience
• Experience with Workday Financials, and HCM Module
• Knowledgeable in both business and IT
• Familiar with HR and financial terminology
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Documentation skills
• Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to multitask
• Familiar with Scrum methodology
• Experience as a lead or mentorship of junior staff members
• Resourceful with a curiosity to problem solve
