About the Role    As a HR Systems Business Analyst, you will connect HR teams with technology, translating business needs into practical solutions. Working mainly with SAP SuccessFactors, you will collaborate with colleagues across regions to enhance our Recruitment and Onboarding processes. You will help capture requirements, design smart system improvements, and support teams as we introduce new enhancements.     Key Responsibilities    Partner with HR colleagues on critical initiatives related to Recruitment and Onboarding, providing expert advice and guidance on best practices  Lead engaging workshops, deliver solution demonstrations, and conduct training sessions on new tools for HR colleagues  Gather and analyze business requirements, documenting and prioritizing them with key partners while working closely with technical teams to implement and test new features  Design innovative solutions that address business needs while optimizing user experience and system functionality  Develop comprehensive materials including training documentation, user guides, and test scenarios to ensure successful system adoption and knowledge transfer  Manage relationships with external vendors including SAP to ensure optimal service delivery  Support incident management processes in collaboration with IT counterparts to ensure swift resolution of issues and effective stakeholder communication    About the Team    You will be part of the team responsible for all global HR systems at SwissRe, with a primary focus on SAP SuccessFactors. Our team works collaboratively to design, implement, and maintain HR technology solutions that enhance employee experience from recruitment through the entire employee lifecycle.   About You    You are analytical and organized, with a talent for turning business needs into clear technical requirements. You enjoy understanding how things work, improving them step by step, and explaining complex topics in a simple way. You build strong relationships across HR and technical teams, helping everyone stay aligned and moving forward. You take ownership, communicate clearly, and deliver solutions and documentation that make work easier and more effective for others.    We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:  Approximately 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Recruiter  Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment module - either in a Business Analyst role OR as a Recruiter who has used SuccessFactors  Understanding of Recruitment and Onboarding processes  Experience with requirements gathering and engineering  Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and problem-solving abilities  Excellent attention to detail  Fluent in English, both written and spoken    These are additional nice to haves:  Experience with Phenom CRM  Knowledge of HR technology trends and emerging solutions  Business Analyst certifications (IIBA ECBA Certification or similar)  Experience with technical designs, system configuration and testing  Experience with end-to-end HR project implementation  Confidence in presenting to and influencing stakeholders          About Swiss Re   Swiss Re is one of the world’s leading providers of reinsurance, insurance and other forms of insurance-based risk transfer, working to make the world more resilient.
