JOB DESCRIPTION
The primary focus of this position is the support the maintenance and implementation of the human resource management system (HRMS), Paycom. This position serves as a technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Strong technical skills, including experience with HRIS software and databases.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain its confidentiality.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and be detail-oriented.
· Understanding of HR processes, performance management, and benefits administration.

Responsibilities:
· Manage the HRMS and ensure the accuracy of all data.
· Ensure data security, and grant access only to authorized personnel.
· Maintain employee data in the HRMS (Paycom).
· Generate and share reports with other management teams.
· Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and make necessary changes.
· Train and support other users of the HRIS system.
· Ensure the HRMS complies with laws, regulations, and company policies.
· Ensure the HRMS performs well and resolve system errors.
· Assist with data audits and ensure data quality is correct and complete.
