We are looking for a seasoned and tech-forward HRIS Consultant to support the rollout of a new HR platform and enhance key people processes. This role will play a pivotal part in driving system adoption and ensuring operational efficiency across HR functions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in HR systems or related implementations.
• Familiarity with performance management tools and processes.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and project coordination abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment.
