YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • HRIS support and maintenance: Manage daily operations of our HR systems to ensure they are intuitive and aligned with business needs. Carry responsibility for data integrity and employee life-cycle maintenance.
  • System development: Assist in system enhancements and modifications as outlined in our annual HRIS roadmap, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Process improvement: Identify and implement technological solutions to improve HR processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Reporting: Generate and maintain accurate HR data reports and dashboards for ongoing insights into HR metrics.
  • User training: Conduct training sessions and update documentation to help users stay informed about new features and best practices.
  • Project work: Support the implementation of system-related projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and meet project specifications.
  • Vendor management: Work closely with external vendors and our IM Service Manager to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
