SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1–2 years of experience working with Dayforce.
  • A strong interest in HR systems, data, and technology-driven HR processes.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow in a technical HRIS role.
  • Basic Excel or data handling skills; comfort working with structured data.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset.

Responsibilities

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the Dayforce HRIS, including updates, user access, and basic configuration.
  • Troubleshoot issues, support end users, and serve as the go-to contact for system-related questions.
  • Maintain data quality through regular audits, uploads, and error resolution.
  • Assist with the implementation of new Dayforce modules and system features, including testing and documentation.
  • Develop and run routine HR reports and dashboards to support team decision-making.
  • Help ensure the system complies with data privacy and security standards.
  • Provide basic training and guidance to HR team members and employees on how to use Dayforce effectively.
  • Keep system documentation and user guides up to date.
  • Support compliance and audit efforts by preparing system data and access records when needed.
