Description
Responsibilities HR systems: Managing and maintaining HR systems: Supporting implementation projects, different modules integration, version upgrades and improving and streamlining HR processes across various models. Learning & Training System: Generating reports and distributing regulatory learning materials, maintaining users, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and delivering organization-wide training. Implementing AI in the HR systems, processes and solutions Data analytics: Close collaboration with all divisions and departments in the organization, with ongoing presentation of data. Data intelligence and insights, producing reports and analysing trends in recruitment, attendance, turnover, employee benefits and additional talent related topics. Monitoring data quality, identifying anomalies, and improving data accuracy. Gathering business requirements for the development and implementation of new reports / identifying gaps, and correcting reports. Building dashboards and responding to data requests as needed. Improving the HR processes (process mapping, value chain, continues improvement) Managing the HR yearly workplans and budget Requirements 5+ years in HRIS/HR tech management within a global environment. Proven ability to build and own People data foundations: KPI frameworks, dashboards, reporting cadences, and data governance. Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel / Google Sheets required (BI tools — advantage). Hands-on HRIS ownership (e.g., HiBob or similar): configuration, process automation, and integrations. Story telling capabilities: Telling story from the data Experience in supporting and training end users. High level of thoroughness, accuracy, and attention to details Creativity and strong problem-solving abilities. Service-oriented with good cross-functional collaboration skills
