HRIS AnalystLocation: Montreal, QC, CanadaDuration: 12+ Months ContractJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to join a dynamic HR Analytics & Insights team. This role will serve as a key partner between HR, IT, and business stakeholders, supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the organization's HR technology ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PeopleSoft HCM, HR systems administration, data integrity, reporting, troubleshooting, and HR technology initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead HRIS projects and enhancements, collaborating with HR, IT, and business teams to deliver effective solutions.
Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including requirements gathering, functional design, testing, implementation, and UAT.
Provide advanced support for HR applications, troubleshoot system issues, and resolve data discrepancies.
Manage HRIS backlogs, prioritize system enhancements, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Develop and maintain complex PeopleSoft queries, reports, and data validation processes.
Ensure HR data integrity through audits, reconciliations, and governance controls.
Support HR system configurations, employee data updates, and integrations with payroll and compensation systems.
Drive automation initiatives and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with global and regional teams to align HR technology strategies and best practices.
Required Qualifications5+ years of HRIS experience.
Strong experience with PeopleSoft HCM.
Experience developing, troubleshooting, and enhancing PeopleSoft Queries.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong knowledge of HR systems administration, data management, and reporting.
Experience with SDLC, testing, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of HR processes and HR operations.
Banking or financial services industry experience.
Project management experience.
Experience working with multicultural and cross-functional teams.
