The HRIS specialist collects data and analyzes it to improve HR strategies processes. Suggests ways to increase the functional productivity and workflow of the HRIS Support. Assisting talent team in analyzing, understanding, and preparing talent-related data useful for the business The HRIS Specialist work with HR team to automate, integrate, and configure core HR processes. Thorough understanding of and experience with the system development life cycle. Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management. Supporting all HRIS systems (needs analysis, research, design, testing, quality control, human resources end users in the use of HRIS applications and document management systems and software). Able to work in a dynamic organization by balancing multiple priorities. Able to work both independently and with cross-functional teams using good judgment. Qualifications Bachelor Degree in HR using Information Technology and world glass standard. 5-7 Hands-on experience in HRIS in multinational environment. Fluent in English.
