Description

Key ResponsibilitiesManage and develop a strategic enterprise customer relationship.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the client organisation.
Act as the primary escalation point, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and work alongside the New Business team on expansion opportunities.
Support proposals, RFPs and contract renewals.
Coordinate with Service Delivery and Technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Produce accurate account plans, forecasts and customer reviews.
Stay up to date with the company's networking and infrastructure solutions to advise customers effectively.
Spend approximately two days per week on-site with the client.
