Are you ready to make a positive difference during an important stage in our P&C transformation journey? We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR professional to join us temporarily and contribute to shaping the future of our people operations.

This is more than a temporary replacement - it is an opportunity to strengthen our P&C capabilities as we introduce a new global HR platform. You will be central to our transition, helping to ensure continuity, clarity, and collaboration across teams, while operationally supporting our Copenhagen office.What you will be doing

  • Provide reliable support : Step in as an interim P&C Business Partner during a maternity leave, offering practical support to leaders and employees in Denmark (and potentially the Nordics).
  • Facilitate the change: Play an important role in implementing our new HRIS platform, HiBob, from testing and data validation to guiding users and ensuring a smooth rollout.
  • Organise and optimise: Manage P&C documentation and support structured imports into HiBob, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and accessibility.
  • Collaborate internationally: Work closely with global stakeholders to share knowledge, resolve issues, and enable seamless transitions.
  • Ensure compliance: Keep records accurate and aligned with GDPR and internal standards.
  • Identify improvements: Spot opportunities to enhance processes and maximise the benefits of our new system.

Who you are

  • Experience in P&C/HR is an advantage, but not a requirement - whether from studies, internships, or roles such as Generalist, Business Partner, or Operations Specialist
  • Confident in working with HR platforms - ideally HiBob, or similar systems such as Sympa HR, Workday, SuccessFactors, or BambooHR, is a plus but not a requirement.
  • Structured, proactive, and comfortable managing complex implementations.
  • Detail-oriented and skilled at working with large datasets and documents.
  • Proficient in Excel with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Fluent in English and Danish, both written and spoken.

The details

  • Contract: Temporary full-time role from September 2025 to July 2026
  • Location: Copenhagen
  • Deadline: Apply by August 24, 2025
  • Interviews: Held on a rolling basis
  • Salary: The monthly gross salary banding for this position is 32.000- 40.000 DKK for 37.5 hours/week, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
