Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

The HRIS Integration & Application Dev Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other internal/external systems, with a strong focus on leveraging Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). This role will also lead efforts to implement automation solutions—such as Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) and chatbots—that enhance user experience and streamline HR processes.This individual will collaborate closely with HR and IT stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure seamless processes and flow of data across HR systems.

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other third-party/internal systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Configure and enhance Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) and other chatbot tools, including intent design and conversational flows.
  • Customize Applications in HCM using Redwood tools.
  • Implement employee-centric solutions using Oracle Redwood UI, Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA), and chatbot features.
  • Streamline digital processes across HR platforms to enhance accessibility and usability.
  • Identify opportunities for automation in HR operations using AI-driven tools and integrations.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations and automation solutions.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and other cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Stay current with HR technology and integration trends; propose new tools and automation approaches.
  • Represents the Company in a professional manner at all times. Consistently maintains a professional, courteous attitude when dealing with residents, coworkers and the general public.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
