MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • Preferred 7+ years of Human Resource experience in a corporate environment
  • Proficiency in ADP
  • Familiarity with background check and drug screen third party systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
  • Proven experience of communicating professionally with internal and external customers
  • Proven organizational skills, with high attention to detail and flexibility with shifting priorities
  • Solid attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of integrity and proven ability to maintain and protect confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
    Work Environment:
    A general office environment will be experienced. There will be periodic exposure to manufacturing environments which may present hazards like noise, electricity, chemicals, heavy equipment, and other automated and manual machinery.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and Integrating Internal HRIS Systems
  • System Administration: Overseeing the daily operation of the HRIS, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Data Management: Ensuring the accuracy and security of employee data within the system.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generating reports and analyzing HR data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve system functionality.
  • User Support and Training: Providing support and training to HR staff and other system users.
  • Compliance: Ensuring the HRIS complies with relevant laws and regulations, particularly regarding data privacy.
  • Vendor Relations: Managing relationships with HRIS vendors, including negotiating contracts and overseeing system updates.
  • Project Management: Leading projects related to system upgrades, implementations, and integrations with other software.
  • Troubleshooting: Addressing and resolving any issues or errors that arise within the system.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure the system meets organizational needs
