We are looking for a HRIS Manager to help grow our business and contribute to our future.
The HRIS Manager will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and successful operation of our Workday system. This position has responsibility to manage all Human Resources functions within Workday, as well as the overall security administration of Workday. In addition to overseeing the ongoing maintenance activities of Workday, the HRIS Manager is a driver of transformation and business improvement, managing change initiatives to ensure successful implementation.
Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, other highlights include:
- Provide vision, leadership, planning, project coordination and management for optimizing Workday to meet current and future business needs within the organization, ensuring alignment with objectives & HR strategies.
- Manage accurate and timely HRIS updates and modifications of all HR related modules including research to determine and implement best practices that support changes or modifications.
- Responsible for security administration of Workday including adding, modify & terminating security access as required. Conduct quarterly security reviews for all users to monitor and ensure system controls are in place.
- Work collaboratively with the Finance System team & Project Management Office team to ensure Workday functionality is optimized for all departments.
- Oversee contracts related to Workday, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, compliance, and value realization throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Oversee and drive audit compliance to ensure adherence to our internal Workday controls & narrative.
- Ensure effective HRIS system integrations, particularly in relation to acquisitions, mergers, and system migrations.
- Provide assistance in the development of HR reporting and analytics requirements to the business and Human Resources.
What you’ll need:
- Certificate in Business Administration or related field
- 5-7 years of experience managing or supporting HRIS systems, preferably with Workday.
- Experience with Workday integrations, including third-party system integration and data migration.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and project management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with external carriers and vendors, and make internal presentations to individuals and business units.
- Exceptional organization & time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with HR processes, policies, and compliance regulations is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills required for decision making, problem solving and reporting requirements especially under strict timelines.
- Strong strategic and system knowledge for system configuration and reporting requirements.
- High level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidential information.
