REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible, you must have or willing to complete:

• NDIS Screening Workers Check.
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion.
• A qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience)
• A collaborative and flexible approach to work, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels
• A passion for inclusion, wellbeing, and empowering others to thrive

As a HRIS Manager Success Factors your responsibilities include:

• Lead optimisation and ongoing enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Provide expert support to HR, IT, and business stakeholders
• Manage system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Collaborate with vendors to implement and deploy system changes
• Ensure smooth integration with other business systems
• Maintain accurate system documentation and best practices
• Stay current with system updates and new features
• Support change management for upgrades and process enhancements
