JOB SUMMARY
The HRIS Manager drives execution of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, programs and employee resources. Responsible for oversight of a wide range of critical work streams including onboarding/offboarding, data management, HR operations, as well as supervises employee services and data management teams. This role will also be responsible for day to day ownership and support of HRIS systems impacting time and attendance, benefits, payroll, applicant tracking, data requests, and all reporting and data analysis.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
1 to 2 Years of experience managing a team
5 to 7 years of experience in the field of Human Resources Information Systems.
Proficient in the operation of a personal computer, systems & applications software required (MS Office, Word, Excel).
Requires prior knowledge of principles and practices of human resources.
Working knowledge of payroll, benefits and compensation processes.
Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a member of a team.
Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects concurrently.
ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management
PHR or SPHR Certification highly desired
Requires prior knowledge of principles and practices of human resources.
Minimum 3-5 years experience managing a team.
Knowledge of and/or experience in Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and Employment Services.

Drives the creation, execution, and management of the Peoplesoft HCM system and programs in partnership with Human Resources and Payroll teams, and campus partners. Works in a project manager capacity for departmental projects - identifying needs, timeline, results, and implementation changes. Manages HRIS / Employee Services staff and ensures quality intake, response triage, and referral is completed and the appropriate HR resource is engaged to bring resolution to issues. Assist Service Center staff during high call volume to meet intake SLAs and provide after hours on call support when needed.

Maintains the intake system to ensure that cases are logged, tracked and resolved with appropriate case notes and case statuses. Monitors & tracks metrics and trends and alerts HR leadership for action planning with regards to awareness and compliance training needs. Help track metrics to ensure HR is responding and resolving issues in a timely manner for HR service level agreements (SLA’s). Analyze problems, determine the approach, compile and analyze data, and prepare reports/recommendations to define Human Resources processes. Oversee the management of student employment onboarding. Ensure the HRIS and Employee Services team provides customer service excellence to all campus partners.

Provide Data Entry support to HR partners during peak employment seasons including One USG new hire entries and verification of data. Other duties as defined and required to meet our service levels for our campus partners.
