Job Posting Location Bangkok Job Summary Responsible for developing and maintaining all human resources information systems to ensure data integrity and compliance with applicable policies, procedures and legal requirements. Job Description Job Responsibilities: • Analyze business requirements and translate them into system design specifications. • Develop, implement and support HRIS solutions in line with organizational strategies. • Ensure effective integration of HRIS with other enterprise-wide systems. • Conduct testing and quality assurance on HRIS applications. • Provide technical advice and guidance to users. • Support user training and development programs related to HRIS usage. • Maintain HRIS documentation for reference purposes. • Research and recommend technological advancements that could improve current or future HRIS operations. Job Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Information Technology or related field. • Minimum 2 years working experience in human resources management. • Strong knowledge of human resources processes and practices. • Knowledge of HRIS tools such as Workday, SAP, Oracle or Kronos. • Familiarity with human resources information system (HRIS) technology. • Experience in conducting research and analyzing trends in human resources management. • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with people at all levels within an organization.
