Providing thought leadership, vision, and conceptual ideas around enabling technology and workforce analytics. Recommending new technology and tools with the goal of creating efficiency and effectiveness across the HR team.
Who You Are:
A post-secondary graduate preferably in the human resources or technology discipline with a minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a Human Resources Specialist role, ideally with specialization in HRIS, reporting and analysis. A CHRP or CHRL designation is considered an asset.
Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office 365 products including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint and Teams with advanced Microsoft Excel functions and data manipulation techniques, including but not limited to pivot tables, arrays, formulas, and macros.
Able to demonstrate expertise with extracting data, creating queries, developing reports and providing analysis with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
An expert with HR information systems with hands-on experience using ‘ADP Workforce Now’. Comfortable with optimization of HRIS platforms and capable of seeking out and advising on continuous improvement initiatives.
Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and shifting priorities with the ability to execute on deliverables and projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
An excellent communicator (verbal and written) with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills and able to work as part a team and collaborate with others across multiple departments and at all levels.
