JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • The Supplemental Workforce Team at Client is looking for a Specialist to manage Success Factors profiles for external workers.
  • This role is critical to ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and efficient reporting across our supplemental workforce operations.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience with HR systems, and the ability to generate and interpret workforce data.

EDUCATION:

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant experience.

EXPERIENCE (YEARS/TYPE):

  • Experience with SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms preferred.
  • Experience in a large corporate environment preferred.

SKILLS:

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Detailed oriented.
  • Executes for results, specifically, advanced organizational skills, including time management and ability to prioritize.
  • Works collaboratively in teams.
  • Comfortability in Excel ( for data purposes)
    Job Type: Contract

  • Manage and maintain SuccessFactors profiles for external workers, ensuring data integrity and alignment with company standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding, offboarding, and profile updates.
  • Monitor and audit data for accuracy, resolving discrepancies proactively.
  • Generate, analyze, and present workforce reports to support operational and strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to workforce data.
