WHAT EXPERIENCE YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:

  • Hands-on experience managing SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central
  • Strong skills in Excel and HR reporting, with the ability to present data in a clear and meaningful way
  • Experience supporting data integrity and working with sensitive data in a confidential and compliant manner
  • A passion for healthy, sustainable products which are better for our consumers and the planet – you don’t have to be a vegetarian to work for Quorn!
    You’ll also need excellent attention to detail, a proactive approach to solving problems and improving processes, and strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

You’ll take full ownership of the SAP SuccessFactors platform, where you’ll keep systems running smoothly, data accurate and reporting insightful to support strategic decision-making.
As the subject matter expert, you’ll maintain configuration settings, lead system upgrades and manage user access, ensuring everything aligns with governance standards. Working closely with IT and external vendors, you’ll resolve issues, test enhancements and implement best practices.
You’ll provide system support and training to users across the business, including guidance on processes and functionality, and develop user guides to enable self-service and consistency.
On the reporting side, you’ll use Excel and SuccessFactors tools to deliver accurate, timely HR reports that support leadership and People team colleagues. You’ll also champion good data practices, acting as a key liaison for data queries and supporting data integrity across the employee lifecycle.
