We’re seeking an experienced HRIS Specialist to support and optimize our HR technology, with a focus on Dayforce Talent modules (onboarding, performance management, and recruitment). This contract role is key to ensuring smooth system functionality and a strong user experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
1+ year experience with Dayforce Talent or similar HRIS platforms
Solid understanding of recruitment, onboarding, and performance processes
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Familiar with HR compliance and data management
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Experience supporting or training HRIS users is a plus
Configure and maintain Dayforce Talent modules
Collaborate with HR to implement updates and process improvements
Provide user training and system support
Troubleshoot issues, manage data entry, and generate reports
Test and validate new features for accuracy and compliance
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
Ensure data integrity and alignment with organizational goals
Support HR system projects and maintain process documentation
