Job Description Overall Purpose of Job: Provides specialist support for the daily operations and ongoing improvement of the KOSTAL Group’s Talent & Learning Suite. Ensures accuracy and consistency of HR master data, manages user access and permissions, and delivers technical support to global key users. Assists with system integrations, data imports and testing. Contributes to the effective execution of performance, talent, and succession management processes across the organization by enhancing user experience and operational excellence. Main tasks, roles and responsibilities: Support daily operations and continuous improvement of the KOSTAL Group’s Talent & Learning Suite (currently Cornerstone-on-Demand) Ensure master data quality and consistency by monitoring interfaces to various HR master data systems and thoroughly testing data imports Identify and leverage opportunities for system enhancement and improvement Participate in HRIS implementation, integration and migration projects Create key user accounts and assign permissions Review and maintain security roles and permissions to ensure accurate access levels for different user groups Create and maintain reports and dashboards for key users and end users Provide worldwide technical support and advice to key users Resolve issues and process requests received via our ticketing system (currently OTRS) Test new system functionalities/features and prepare for their implementation (release management) Support performance, talent and succession management processes by creating, modifying and assigning tasks to end users Qualifications Experiences and requirements: College or University degree – preferably in the field of Human Resources, Information Science or Business Process Management Minimum 3 years of professional experience in HR and/or IT Minimum 2 years of professional experience in an international environment Experience with HR business processes, preferably in performance and talent management Profound knowledge of leading-edge Talent & Learning technologies (e.g. Cornerstone on Demand, SAP SuccessFactors and/or Workday) Expertise in system integration, data flows, and interface management Strong technical proficiency Excellent communication skills in English (CEFR level C1 or higher) Understanding of HR processes, especially performance and talent management Analytical mindset, systematic approach and strong problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail paired with an eye for data accuracy and quality Strong ability to work in virtual, international teams Demonstrated ability to collaborate successfully with intercultural stakeholders from business, HR and IT Excellent communication skills with a wide variety of target groups in an international environment Strong customer and result orientation paired with initiative and reliability Additional Information Flexible working conditions with remote work possibility (in-person presence is required from time to time) Opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills through stimulating work, including development and implementation of new processes and tools Benefits package including private health insurance, sport cards, flexible monthly budgets, bonuses for special occasions, performance bonus and other Career level: Young Professionals / Professionals Type of Employment: Permanent
