  • POSITION OVERVIEW: The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of HR analytics to provide meaningful insights to leadership. This role focuses on internal audits and master data management to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across HR systems. Create and maintain Power BI / Palantir dashboards and reports for Audit results, and department KPI’s

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Expert Level Power BI, Expert ADP Custom Reports.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Human Resources, or comparable experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS data analysis or similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI and ADP Workforce Now.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in Master Data Management (MDM) preferred
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the HR data analytics function, providing leadership with actionable insights.
  • Process and evaluate HRIS tickets, support users, ensure errors are not repeatable. Fix root cause.
  • Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for Audit results, and department KPI’s
  • Audit HR data to ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity.
  • Manage ADP custom reports and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Work closely with HR teams to interpret data and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Lead data validation projects to ensure accuracy and address any inconsistencies.
  • Manage security-level groups, ensuring appropriate access to HR data.
  • Support the integration of HR data across multiple platforms, ensuring a seamless flow of information.
  • Cover Master Data Management (MDM) tasks as full backup, including ADP Workforce Now validation tables, approval paths security, Access Groups, and processes all related HR support tickets.
