We’re looking for an experienced HRIS Systems & Project Manager to take ownership of our UKG Ready platform — driving optimisation, leading projects, and delivering powerful HR insights that shape our workforce strategy.
You’ll be the go-to expert for all things UKG, ensuring the system runs smoothly, integrations work seamlessly, and HR reporting delivers meaningful business outcomes. Along the way, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT to deliver solutions that make a real impact.

• Lead and deliver the next phases of our HRIS (UKG Ready) implementation.
• Drive system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.
• Deliver accurate, timely HR analytics and dashboards that inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance through regular audits.
• Provide expert training, support, and documentation for system users.
