Description

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Proven experience delivering training in various formats (in-person, online, virtual, multimedia).
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for interacting effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Program management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new technology for training design and data analysis.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Ability to travel occasionally as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma/GED and three (3) years of human resources-related experience;OR
  • One (1) year of experience as an HR Spec 2 (HRP021) or equivalent role.
    Note: Equivalent combinations of education, training, certifications, or experience that provide the required skills may be considered on a year-for-year basis.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience using Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Talent Optimization (Management), or other Workday modules as an HR administrator or trainer.
  • HRIS systems training experience.
