REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and other HRIT systems
  • Deep understanding of HR processes and their requirements
  • Good technical understanding, especially regarding interface management and IT system integration
  • Experience working closely with IT teams and external service providers
  • Ability to analyze, evaluate, and translate complex requirements into technical solutions
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
  • Proven project management experience including budget responsibility
  • Proactive mindset and enthusiasm for digital HR solutions

Responsibilities

As HRIT Systems & Solutions Manager, you will take a key role in shaping and managing CHG’s global HR technology landscape. With a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors, you will be responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and continuous improvement of HRIT systems that support our global HR organization.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Driving the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors and supporting the design of CHG’s future global HRIT architecture
  • Translating HR process requirements into smart, scalable system solutions in alignment with business goals
  • Capturing and assessing new HRIT demands from stakeholders, evaluating their business value and feasibility
  • Acting as a trusted partner for HR teams, managers, and users—facilitating dialogue, managing expectations, and clarifying system-related queries
  • Delivering attractive, cost-efficient HRIT solutions that meet stakeholder needs and support CHG’s people strategy
  • Providing regular communication and feedback to business stakeholders on the status and progress of ongoing initiatives
  • Collaborating closely with internal IT teams and external implementation partners to ensure successful delivery of solutions
  • Managing the HRIT project and operational budget, including planning, monitoring, and adherence to financial targets
  • Overseeing quality assurance and release testing for new system functionalities, ensuring a high level of user satisfaction
  • Leading communication and change management initiatives to drive successful adoption and engagement across global stakeholder groups
