Job Description As a key member of Colliers’ Valuations & Advisory team, you will deliver high‑quality valuation and consultancy advice within the Healthcare and Retirement Living (HRL) asset class. This role offers exposure to varied and complex assignments, where you will be responsible for analysing sales and leasing evidence, preparing cash flow models, and producing timely, accurate valuation reports for our clients. In this role, you will: Undertake HRL valuation instructions accurately and efficiently. Collect, extract and analyse comparable sales and leasing evidence Prepare detailed valuation reports in line with professional and client standards Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients Attend client meetings and industry events to strengthen market knowledge and client engagement Collaborate with other Collier’s business units by identifying and referring opportunities Support the local Director through the achievement of individual revenue targets Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail Proven ability to build and sustain effective working relationships Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office A proactive, self‑motivated approach with a passion for adding value A tertiary qualification in property or valuation Associate Membership of the Australian Property Institute (API) and Registered Valuer status (or currently working towards obtaining this status in the near future). Your strong problem‑solving ability, combined with excellent communication, organisational and time‑management skills, will set you up for success in this rewarding role.
