Responsibilities:
As the HRM Operations Manager, reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and warehouse product flow of the Dartmouth, Nova Scotia location. Your role will include:
- Monitoring operating expense levels and ensuring corrective actions are taken to control/reduce costs in line with budgetary requirements.
- Identifying areas for improvement in cooperation with the Branch Manager
- Adhering to company policies and ensuring operational and administrative procedures are implemented and followed.
- Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the physical inventory.
- Supporting the Dartmouth warehouse team.
- Ensuring Health & Safety policies are always followed and demonstrating leadership in compliance.
- Participating in annual audits, procedures (ISO standards), and safety initiatives.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer service experience within the branch.
- Acting as a Brand Ambassador by building brand recognition, supporting sales initiatives, and enhancing customer experiences.
