👥 HRM Specialist – Process 📍 Netherlands | ⏰ 32 hrs/week | 🗓️ Mid-November 2025 – Mid-May 2026 | Hybrid We are looking for a HRM Process Specialist to act as the connecting link between HR services, processes, systems, and reporting. You will lay the foundation for modern process and information management within HRM, ensuring transparent, high-quality services. In this role, you will advise and support management and colleagues in identifying improvements, setting up process management, and optimizing workflows. You will also contribute your expertise to change projects, facilitating workshops, documenting outcomes, and training HR colleagues to embed high-quality process ownership. ✅ What You’ll Do Advise and support management and HR colleagues in process improvement and optimization. Facilitate work sessions and ensure outcomes like process descriptions are captured and implemented. Provide on-the-job training to HR colleagues to strengthen process ownership. Connect with other professionals in the organization (e.g., Finance & Control, Library & Information Services) to ensure alignment. Support change initiatives and contribute to redesigning HR processes for improved efficiency and service quality. 🎓 Your Profile College or academic education (working/thinking level) with knowledge of LEAN, BPMN, AO/IB frameworks, privacy legislation, and security requirements. Experience in a complex organization with: Gathering and prioritizing business needs and translating insights into improvements. Documenting, redesigning, harmonizing, and optimizing processes. Setting up process management and coordinating implementation of new systems or processes. Affinity with organizations in transition. Competencies: proactive, persuasive, organizationally sensitive, analytical, able to switch between strategy and execution, and focused on knowledge transfer. Fluent in Dutch (required). ⚙️ Contract Details Hours: Average 32 hrs/week Start date: Mid-November 2025 End date: Mid-May 2026 Trial period: 1 month
