Description
Manage the incoming Tax notices volume coming from various input sources- Clients, Agencies, internal departments Research issues with respect to Tax notice discrepancy Work with PEO clients to close loop on their account Work with internal stakeholders such as HRBP, client relationship manager, Tax CoE etc to get to the root of issue and partner with them for issue resolution Work with government agencies to ensure PEO clients data is compliant with agency regulations Collaborate with cross BU teams such as amendments, Late originals to ensure end to end notice resolution for PEO clients Handle escalations related to Tax discrepancies Identify opportunities to streamline Tax notices process and/upstream issues ##LI-DNI Qualifications Skills & Competencies Bachelors Degree (B.com Preferable) 1-2 years of International Voice Experience (Strong written & spoken communication Skills) 23 years of US Tax Notices experience Strong written and verbal skills, problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. Strong communication and ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Should not have been on any performance improvement plan within the last one year
