About the Role We’re looking for a HSEQ Administrator / Return to Work Coordinator to support our Group HSEQ function and site teams. This is a hands-on role combining HSEQ administration, systems management, and injury management/RTW coordination, working closely with project teams to ensure strong safety outcomes and compliance across the business. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HSEQ function, including reporting, systems, and documentation Maintain HSEQ systems, including incident reporting, audits, inspections, and corrective actions Support site teams with safety processes, inductions, and compliance requirements Manage Return to Work (RTW) cases end-to-end, including coordination with workers, insurers, and medical providers Assist with safety initiatives, toolbox talks, and continuous improvement of HSEQ systems Generate regular reports and dashboards to support leadership decision-making About You Experience in HSEQ administration, safety coordination, or RTW/injury management Exposure to construction or a similar industry (preferred) Strong understanding of WHS legislation and compliance requirements Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Confident communicator who can engage with site teams and stakeholders Proficient across Microsoft Office and HSEQ systems Requirements Cert IV in WHS (minimum) White Card Driver’s Licence Experience in workers compensation / RTW coordination (highly regarded) Why Join Mazzei Group Join a growing business with a strong pipeline of work across multiple divisions Work closely with experienced leaders and contribute to improving HSEQ systems and culture Broad, varied role across both admin and operational safety functions Opportunity to develop your career within a supportive team environment
