About the role UGL are currently seeking a HSE Administrator to work on a major oil and gas construction project on Barrow Island, Western Australia. You will be responsible for the administration of the projects HSSE management system, ensuring timely and concise reporting and record management. The project will commence in November 2025. You will be working on a 15/13 roster with a point of hire, Perth, WA. Key responsibility areas · Collates, analyze and distribute HSSE data and reports · Maintains a database of all Project related HSSE data and inputs data to corporate reporting systems. · Tracks Injury Cases and ensures that case chronologic event logs are maintained for each case and are available at all times. · Maintains HSSE Functional organization charts and a skills/contact database. · Interfaces with document control to ensure compliance with requirements. · Provides administrative maintenance of HSSE Management Systems, data and intellectual materials. · Maintains HSSE data acquisition systems, analysis and presentation on a continuous basis. · Meets and greets visitors. · Interfaces effectively and professionally with Clients, other Contractors and Sub-contractors. · Maintains files/links for all project related HSSE Documentation including the HSEMP, Environmental Management Plan and the Emergency Response Management Plan. · Assists the Training Coordinators with the delivery of all post-mobilisation training including site inductions and keeps organised and searchable records of all such training in files and databases. · Assists with the production of prestart communications packs for supervisors. · Prepares periodic Project HSSE Reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly). · Assists in the creation of a culture that integrates HSSE considerations in all plans, activities, and behaviors.
