ABOUT THE ROLE

Support the Project Manager in the delivery of projects to successfully achieve HSE and quality standards and targets, in accordance with The ADCO Way

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review the documents and plans that govern the project delivery. Provide input into the HSE and quality plans and ensure these are in line with project, business and legislative requirements
• Coordinate with the Project Manager and Site Manager to ensure the project is adequately resourced with personnel of appropriate competency to deliver the project HSE and quality plans
• Coordinate with the Site Manager and Project Manager in ensuring all project undertakings are in line with the project HSE and quality plans
• Assist in communicating the requirements of the project plans to the wider project team, and proactively provide support in implementing the plans
• Undertake HSE and quality inspections and assessments. Report, document, and identify actions as necessary, and ensure they are implemented
• Contribute to the accurate and transparent reporting of the status of the project through Hammertech, the monthly project control report and any other required means
