Due to internal movement, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our project teams and contributing to a strong, positive safety culture across CMW.
We are seeking an HSE professional to join our QHSE group, which is spread across Australia and New Zealand. This position can be based in our Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne offices. While you’ll be part of the broader CMW business, your primary focus will be on the QLD, NSW and VIC regions.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Senior HSE Advisor to embed best-practice health, safety, and environmental standards across our operations. You’ll be a trusted partner to project teams, contractors, and stakeholders, leading initiatives that foster engagement, learning, and continuous improvement.
We are seeking a highly effective communicator who can confidently collaborate with diverse teams to promote positive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) outcomes. While you will receive support and guidance from senior management, you should be prepared to take ownership of your responsibilities and work independently within your region.
