Job Description FIFO from Cairns or Brisbane to Weipa Region 2:1 Roster Help create a safe home away from home What’s the role? We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate safety professional to support our site operations in the Weipa region, in far North Qld. Working a Fly-In-Fly-Out 14 days on and 7 days off for 11 hours per day from Cairns or Brisbane. Reporting to the HSE Manager you will undertake comprehensive incident investigations and provide local support of injury management process. You will administer inductions and competency assessments, support teams with developing pre task risk assessments, lead toolbox meetings and drive company and client-driven HSE activities and programs. You will support staff to comply with HACCP and Food Safety plans and train staff according to respective requirements. Qualifications and Experience: We’d love to hear from you if you have experience in a similar role, preferably working within the facilities maintenance environment with exposure to food safety and trades occupations, and exposure to Root Cause Analysis Incident Investigation.
