Job Overview The HSE Advisor will be responsible for the day-to-day monitoring and implementation of all HSE programs and initiatives at the Field Operational level for the LSTK Integrated Project ( Rig Not Rigless ). This role covers Project Management, drilling contractors, Weatherford product lines, and all third-party service providers, logistics providers, catering companies, and stakeholders. Responsibilities Execute HSE plans (QSI, RHSEI, HSEGA, LPCR) Perform Daily Hazard Hunts and daily checks to verify compliance to Weatherford’s ISP OEPS and Saudi Aramco requirements. Implement Weatherford and Aramco HSE standards. Ensure training compliance per Aramco’s matrix. Report KPIs and maintain documentation. Conduct audits, inspections, and investigations. Lead safety meetings, risk assessments, and emergency response planning. Promote Weatherford LSR and SWC. Ensure rig site safety, permit management, and stakeholder communication. Skills Strong communication, teamwork, and presentation skills. Deep understanding of Aramco HSE requirements and KSA regulations. Experience in incident management, audits, and matrix organizations. Ability to work independently or across functions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any or equivalent. 3-5 years of field experience in oil & gas, preferably drilling. NEBOSH certifications preferred. Onshore Rig Experience. #LI-MD1
