ABOUT THE ROLE

Powertherm is currently seeking a HSE Advisor to join our team, working out of our project office located in the Northwest Region. As part of the companies QHSE department you will support our ongoing projects and site activities. You will be responsible for providing advice, assistance and support to the Company and employees by ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and processes, client requirements and external legislation and regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safeguard the health and safety of employees, contractors, and visitors
• Ensure Compliance: adherence to legal, regulatory, and company-specific HSE standards
• Prevent Incidents: Identify hazards and implement controls to prevent accidents and environmental harm
• Promote Safety Culture: Encourage safe behaviours and continuous improvement through training and engagement.
• Support Operational Efficiency: Enable safe and sustainable operations that minimize downtime and liability.
