This role will support our Mackay & Nebo operations. About Your Role: In this hands-on role, you will partner with our Mackay workshop team to support a safe and inclusive work environment. As the HSE Advisor, you will coach, guide, and empower leaders and frontline employees while helping drive continuous improvement across safety, wellbeing, and environmental performance. Key Responsibilities: Partner with leaders and teams to build a strong, positive safety culture Provide practical HSE advice, mentoring, and coaching across the workshop Support risk assessments, audits, and compliance activities Lead or assist with incident investigations and improvement actions Deliver engaging toolbox talks and safety learning sessions Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and safety programs Maintain accurate reporting and ensure compliance with WHS requirements About You: We value capability, mindset, and lived experience.
