We are currently seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to support our Fuels & Energy East business. This senior role provides health, safety and environmental leadership across projects and operations, working closely with operational leaders, clients and partners to drive strong safety culture and performance within high‑risk environments. Key Responsibilities: Partner with operational and project leadership to deliver HSE initiatives aligned to business strategy Provide expert HSE advice and coaching across sites, projects and contracts Implement and maintain compliance with UGL’s HSEQ Management System and legislative requirements Lead and support incident investigations, audits and assurance activities Drive continuous improvement in HSE performance and risk management Build HSE capability across teams through engagement and leadership Manage contractor HSE compliance and stakeholder relationships About You: Cert 4 WH&S qualified or experience equivalent. Lead incident investigation training (ICAM desirable) Minimum 5 years’ HSE experience in high‑risk industries (Oil & Gas desirable) Strong working knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and OFSC requirement Auditing Qualifications and experience (desirable) Proven experience influencing change and improving safety outcomes Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
