Primary Location SA - Regency Park Job Description Summary Join Service Stream as an HSE Business Partner and play a key role in driving a strong, learning focused safety culture across our telecommunications operations. About the Role In this field facing role, you will partner with managers, crews, and subcontractors to coach, influence, and support safe work practices while ensuring compliance with HSE standards and client expectations. You will be highly visible in the field, engaging teams through practical conversations, supporting risk identification, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves leading safety interactions, supporting audits and investigations, analysing safety performance, and embedding systems and tools that enhance safety outcomes. This is an opportunity for a proactive safety professional who enjoys working closely with operational teams, building relationships, and making a tangible impact on safety culture and performance across a dynamic, national business. Qualifications required A relevant qualification in an WHS / environment, engineering, construction, business or related discipline would be highly regarded. Certificate IV in WHS or equivalent, as a minimum. Event Investigation Qualified - preferably ICAM Lead Investigator. Current Australian Full Driver’s License. Prepare to work safely in the construction industry (White Card). Cert IV in Training and Assessment desirable. Experience required Experience in Health and Safety (2+ years), preferably within the infrastructure, construction or mining industries. Working knowledge of Legislation, Standards and Codes and ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 / AS/NZS 4801 and the Office of the Federal HSE Commissioner (OFSC) Experience managing HSE requirements on major engineering or construction projects, with a strong track record in working effectively with project contractors.
