HSE Compliance Office - Knowledge of regulation (OSHA, NEBOSH) At less 10 years of experience on FPSO maintenance & operation Q-HSE discipline. VALID BOSIET is MUST! English fluency is MUST! Location: OFFSHORE CONGO (FLNG-FPSO) Period: 1 year (renewable) Rotation 35 days Onsite / 35 days’ vacation Work time: 12 hours per day / 7 days per week Roles and responsibilities - Implementation assurance of QHSE policies of company ENI and contractor - HSE implementation and follow up with national, company and contractor rules and regulations, QHSE standards and best practices - Procedural writing (English) - Assist in developing QHSE policies and procedures for FLNG O&M phase - Gap analysis for QHSE policies and procedures - Assessing and coaching implementation of SIMOPS, COMOPS, JSA, dropped object prevention programs, ERT preparedness, induction, QHSE training, PTW, etc. offshore and onshore - Assessing and coaching implementation of documentary evidence of QHSE related trainings and recording - Provide technical guidance on process safety, human engineering, occupational health risk management - Integration of terminal QHSE meeting - Support terminal in specific QHSE questions - Liaison for terminal near-miss and incident reports - Assists in accident investigation - Relay clients requirements in the Safety Management System to Operations Manager - Prepare, assists, follows up and tracks audits performed by client, headquarter and other stakeholder’s - Perform internal audits - Develop internal audit scheme on various QHSE related topics - Follow up action trackers - Defines hiatus between multinational crew and acts as liaison - Pro-actively monitor the local and clients regulations and comments - Assess and coach implementation of onshore PTW system - Assess and coach warehouse and workshop QHSE system and ensures compliance with WNE, client and local regulations - Look for continuous improvement initiatives and proposes initiatives to Operation Manager - Provide training to employees offshore and onshore on QHSE standards - Define and relay training needs to the Operation Manager - Provide training to employees offshore and onshore on QHSE standards - Define and relay training needs to the Operation Manager #LI-FB1 #LI-DNP

Responsibilities
