Description

We are seeking an experienced HSE Coordinator responsible for the coordination and supervision of occupational health and safety activities on industrial or energy construction projects. The role focuses on ensuring full compliance with legal requirements, project HSE standards, and safe execution of works on site. Coordinate occupational health and safety activities in accordance with applicable legislation and project requirements. Ensure compliance with Act 309/2006 Sb. and related regulations. Monitor contractor adherence to HSE plans, risk assessments, and method statements. Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits. Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement corrective and preventive measures. Participate in incident investigations and reporting. Maintain HSE documentation and ensure accurate reporting to the client and authorities. Promote a strong safety culture across all project teams. Requirements Qualification under Act 309/2006 Sb. (§10 and §14 mandatory). Relevant professional practice in occupational health and safety coordination. Proven experience as HSE Coordinator on at least 3 industrial or energy projects. Strong knowledge of Czech HSE legislation and construction site safety requirements. Ability to work independently on site and coordinate multiple contractors. Good communication skills and professional English proficiency.
