THE ROLE

We’re looking for a SHE Coordinator (Safety, Health & Environment) to join our team. Reporting to the SHE Manager, this role supports health, safety, environmental, and sustainability practices across our site — ensuring we stay compliant, safe, and always improving.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a positive attitude and an eye for detail, who enjoys working across teams and making a real impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support implementation of H&S, environmental and sustainability systems
• Assist with risk assessments, safe systems of work, and accident investigations
• Help coordinate medical screenings and occupational health activities
• Work with external stakeholders (e.g. HSE, Fire Authority, insurers)
• Monitor and report on utilities, waste, and sustainability KPIs
• Carry out inspections, audits, and training coordination
• Keep track of actions and ensure timely follow-up
