As an HSE Coordinator Service (m/f/d), you will support the continuous development of occupational health and safety, environmental protection, and HSE standards within our Service organization. You will contribute to incident management, the follow-up of corrective actions, and the further development of HSE processes and documentation, helping to create a safe working environment at our wind turbines.YOUR TASKSYou manage and follow up on incident reports and the resulting corrective actions.You support the execution and documentation of incident analyzes and accident investigations.You process audit findings and track agreed actions through to completion.You contribute to HSE projects, for example the selection and implementation of personal protective equipment (PPE).You support HSE document management and maintain relevant records and documentation.You collaborate with various departments to further develop existing HSE processes and documentation.You participate in internal meetings and coordination activities to promote occupational health and safety.
