As the HSE Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for shaping and presenting the Group’s Health & Safety data, maintaining oversight of its accuracy, and supporting the delivery of performance reporting and improvement projects. You’ll play a vital role in helping us proactively manage safety across the Travis Perkins Group.

Responsibilities
  • Regularly review and analyse HSE data, identifying patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide insights and supporting data for Group and Business Unit (BU) improvement projects and serious incident investigations.
  • Maintain data accuracy within the incident reporting system and support regulatory reporting compliance.
  • Act as gatekeeper for data quality, supporting the HSE Leadership Team in holding BUs and Advisors accountable.
  • Prepare monthly GLT and PLC safety reports and coordinate BU Safety Performance Update Packs.
  • Manage the Notify platform (incident & assurance system), resolve bugs, and work with suppliers to drive improvements.
  • Monitor the Stay Safe inbox and escalate relevant queries.
  • Support frontline HSE activities by triaging incidents, setting up investigations, and assisting with CCTV retrieval.
  • Provide cover for HSE frontline teams during periods of leave, helping manage assurance targets.
  • Coordinate wider HSE team activities and complete administrative tasks as required.
  • Maintain professional competence by supporting branch reviews and staying current with HSE procedures.
