ISS International S.p.A. is seeking an HSE Design Engineer during the FEED phase of a major refinery project.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 10 years of HSE engineering experience in the Oil & Gas industry (refinery)
• Documented experience in HSE design for refinery projects
• Familiarity with international safety standards and process safety methodologies
• Personnel experience must cover refinery units such as:
  – Naphtha Splitter
  – Isomerization
  – Catalytic Reformer (CCR)

• Perform HSE design reviews and risk assessments in alignment with refinery and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to the development and validation of HSE deliverables during the FEED phase
• Participate in HAZID, HAZOP and SIL studies
• Ensure that safety design solutions reflect operational constraints typical of refinery environments
