Description
  • Health & safety planning & Implementation
  • Risk assessment preparation & implementation.
  • Perform daily toolbox talk before start of work & document same.
  • Inspection of equipment & machinery from time to time, take corrective action in case of any hazards to avoid any incidents at work.
  • Liaise with client on site related to health & safety, guide the team at site, ensure work is performed in compliance with client requirements in a safe manner, ensure all concerns of clients related to safety are taken care.
  • Attend client HSE meetings, prepare all documents related to health & safety in compliance with client requirements.
  • Document any near misses, incidents as per QHSE guidelines.
  • Prepare safe operating procedures at work related to various projects.
  • Prepare documents related to ISO/occupational health & safety audits of the company, liaise with certifying body & ensure all documents are maintained as per their requirements.
  • Work closely with Quality control department in making Dossiers related to various projects.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

  • Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety or related field
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards
  • Experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing safety procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) is a plus
  • Knowlege in JAFZA rules and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
